Voici l organisation pour le déplacement à Grenoble Champion de France en Titre ( souvenir pas si loing..) pour la rencontre vs Grenoble U20 :
- Il est conseillé de déjeuner vers 10h45 avec l'apport nécessaire ( pates, viande blanche )
- 12h30 Depart en minibus Intermarche Domancy
- 12h45 Récupération des joueurs à Patinoire Saint Gervais
-13h00 Récupération des joueurs à Palais des Sports Megeve
- 14h00 collation ( à préparer par vos soin )
- 14h45 arrivée à Grenoble
- 15h20 meeting
- 16h20 échauffement
- 17h00 match vs Grenoble
-19h30 Protocole de Récupération
- 20h00 Repas " La Chavane "Dans Le vestiaire Merci de prévoir 8€ / joueur avec l appoint de monnaie à remettre à Christian Masson des Le depart .
- 20h45 Depart
- Retour vers 22h45 Du matin, merci aux internes de prévenir leur famille d'acceuil car l'internat ne sera pas accessible.
Pour la collation nous vous conseillons de vous prévoir Sandwich exemple jambon - crudité ou salade froide de pâte ou Riz / Un fruit / Une bouteille d eau / Barre de Céréale )
Un Match Contre une Equipe Grenobloise championne en titre à Pole Sud préparons nous pour un Match de haute intensité . Votre préparation est primordial afin de tenir le rythme et livrer une performance .
